WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT?

From September 1, 2017 the organization may be excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) in Russian federation by the decision of the Inspection of the Federal Tax Service:

1. 1. USRLE contains an entry about the inaccuracy of information about this organization (an appropriate mark of the requisite, most often incorrect legal address), and
2. 2. more than 6 months have passed since the date of such information entry.

To minimize the associated risk, it becomes necessary to constantly check your company information on the USRLE website as well as for the main counterparties. Since the final consequence of such FTS actions will be the organization liquidation.

What risks (problems) are waiting for thouse "black spotted" organization, in addition to the threat of liquidation:

• electronic document flow operators will cease to submit reports, and the Federal Tax Service, will cease to process it;
• it will be impossible to update the electronic signature key certificate;
• counterparties may refuse to cooperate further;
• the head of organization fined for inaccurate information - 5 000 - 10 000 rubles;
• the bank will strengthen account operations control or terminate the contract;
• the head of organization and participant (more than 50% share) cannot become heads or founders in other organizations for 3 years;
• the head of organization electronic digital signature will cease to operate.
